Was thrilled to be a part of creating a series of illustrations for Mindy Kaling's recent collaboration with DSW shoes this past month. I was approached to do a series of watercolor sketches of their shoes which were used on place-cards at their dinner and hung throughout the venue. Excited to share images from my event with Sorel Footwear and The Zoe Report at Trunk Club Women in New York City! For my live sketch events I offer customized backgrounds which I sketch beforehand for client. Guests were able to pick 1 of 3 custom background with a theme From Barre to Brunch, Day to Night and Commute to Conference. Each themed sketch matched a new Spring 2018 Sorel shoe. I then proceeded to sketch each guest in their #SORELstyle look of the night, which they were able to take home and frame. :)

TOMS STYLE YOUR SOLE NYC X DEANNA FIRST ILLUSTRATIONS /
I was recently asked to team up with TOMS for their Father's Day "Style Your Sole" Event at 264 Elizabeth Street. I took special requests ranging from custom painted daisies, initials, airplanes and even a NYC skyline! Each customer that made a purchase was able to have their item customized for free.
