Formula 1 VIP Paddock
Illustrator Deanna First sketched the race drivers and VIP guests at Formula 1 Miami Paddock area. She was commissioned by Triton Productions for their ESPN Activation. Each guest was drawn in their favorite teams racing suit such as Ferrari, Mercedes, Red Bull and McLaren to name a few. These custom illustations were created in 4 minutes or less and gave guests a truly special take home gift to keep this iconic memory alive for years to come. In addition to live sketching, First's artwork was blown up on LED screens and served as impactful decor throughout the exclusive Paddock area. Each F1 driver also took home a personalized illustration that First created prior to the event.
Deanna First is known for her speed sketching - which is why Formula 1 was the perfect fit. Each illustration was created in minutes with colored pencils, copic markers, her signature sparkles and use of movement to bring each drawing to life. She created the custom racetrack background prior and added the sketches live. Deanna First also created an illustration of each F1 driver prior that were handed out as souvenirs and gifted personally to each Formula 1 race driver.
