Kendra Scott Fall 18 Southampton X Live Sketch

I was honored when one of my favorite jewelry brands Kendra Scott approached me to live sketch at their store in Southampton to celebrate the upcoming launch of Kendra Scott Fall 2018 line!

I've only been to The Hamptons a handful of times so it was exciting to get the chance to go back. I custom drew their Filigree Photo Frame in antique silver and rose gold prior to the event. I always leave a little bit of space for my sketches which take roughly 5-7 minutes to draw. 

Customers could sip on lemonade, get sketches and were treated to their favorite snacks with every purchase. 

If you missed me this time I will be back in September at the opening of their Soho store in NYC! TBA specific date and time but stay tuned. :)

Hand painted bags by Deanna First X Modern Picnic Design

I had the opportunity to team up with Modern Picnic which is a super cool brand that just launched dedicated to making the chicest lunch bags I've seen! They are fully insulated and look like a high-end classic purse from the outside. I was so amazed by the quality of their product I knew I wanted to collaborate with them!

I was excited to switch up my usual paper and pencil for purses and paint. It was refreshing and really enjoyed how easily the paint glides onto faux leather material. It is becoming my new favorite thing to illustrate on. We hosted a giveaway last week with the bag. If you aren't following along on my social @deanna_first please do! ShopStyle Brunch X Deanna First Sketches at 1 Hotel BK

I was thrilled to work with ShopStyle for the first time this week at The Osprey located inside of 1 Hotel Brooklyn this week! The event was a beautifully executed brunch to celebrate ShopStyle's partnerships throughout the years. Guests could pick from 1 out of 2 backgrounds representing either the Brooklyn Bridge or a Rooftop overlooking the NYC skyline. I pre-illustrated the backgrounds and added in logo in advance.

This was fitting considering the venue location and hotel that is known for its stunning rooftop views! I attached a few photos from the event. Note, that my live sketches are done in 5-7 minutes each! Hope you enjoy!
